Parks H. Holt III is a gifted speaker born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1974. God called him to preach at the age of 15 and preached his first sermon in the Wesleyan denomination. He went on to study the Bible at Bethany Bible College in 1993 in New Brunswick, Canada. Parks is currently under the mentorship of Pastor June Austin of Victory Christian Fellowship Church in Dover, DE. Pastor Gary V. Whetstone is the founder of Victory's worldwide ministry located in New Castle, DE.
